Top Hats
I love this blank Top Hat as a base to create your own Steampunk style. The faux suede material and overwelt up-turned brim with wire support make it sturdy. The interior band is comfortable and ADJUSTABLE in size. It fits adults, 22.5″ – 24″. I offer it in Chocolate Brown or Black for on my Etsy Shop.
Cargo Hat Bands
Each band is one-of-a-kind is made from reclaimed upholstery fabric, grommets, elastic lacing, with two functional cargo pockets. Bands are made to fit our top hats, but will fit others.
