Intermediate Sewing Open Studio
Work on your own project with mentorship help.
What to Bring: We provide sewing machines, sergers, tools, fabric and notions. If you have your own machine, and I can help you get to know it better. Bring your own project.
Level: Intermediate, must be able to thread, operate and troubleshoot a sewing machine. Beginners must take an Intro to Sewing class first.
Ages: 12 to Adult, students under 15 must be accompanied by adult.

Textile Fixit Clinic: Upcycling Clothing Design
Learn how to upcycle old clothing into something new. Class includes instruction in; machine sewing, serging, deconstruction, construction and design. Hosted by Keep Truckee Green.
What to Bring: Students bring old clothing to work with.

Make a zippered pouch out of our huge selection of printed cotton fabrics. Class includes instruction in; machine sewing, serging, pattern-making, basic construction, design and zipper installation.
What to Bring: We provide materials, sewing machines, sergers, tools, fabric and notions. If you have your own machine, bring it and I can help you get to know it better.

Learn how to thread, operate and troubleshoot a Serger, using stretchy knit fabrics.
