The Lost Art
I believe that everyone should have basic sewing skills, and it doesn’t have to be tedious, frustrating or time-consuming. My goal is to empower people to become makers, to learn new skills which can lead to jobs or small businesses.

I teach Guerilla Sewing, with shortcuts, tricks and designer secrets for professional result. I specialize in beginner students and like to keep it fun. I specialize in no-tears instruction.

Before Truckee Roundhouse opened in 2016, I was asked to be Lead Textile Shop Volunteer, to design the Textile shop and outfit it with tools, equipment and supplies. It’s now my dream textile shop.
